Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction, with a focus on raising funding, executing M&A activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support expansion goals.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for raising capital, securing funding and managing investor relations to support growth initiatives.
• Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, conduct due diligence and execute transactions to enhance market position.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance and risk management activities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters, including investment decisions, pricing strategies and risk mitigation measures.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

Experience and qualification required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles within the financial services industry.
• Extensive experience in strategic financial planning, capital raising, and M&A execution.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
