Our client is a leading innovator in the IT industry, committed to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that transform businesses. We are seeking an experienced CFO to become a key member of the Executive team and lead financial strategy in preparation for a listing.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic CFO to lead the financial operations and strategy who will play a pivotal role in guiding the company through the complexities of a listing process, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IPOs, public company financial management, and a strong background in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial aspects of the IPO process, including preparation of S-1 filings, coordination with investment bankers, auditors, and legal counsel. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s objectives and growth plans. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of quarterly and annual reports in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements. Maintain robust internal controls and compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook effectively to the investment community.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks. Implement policies and procedures to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure financial stability.
• Manage capital structure, funding requirements, and cash flow. Oversee capital raising activities and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Optimize financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and taxation. Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong corporate governance practices and support the audit committee.

Required experience/qualifications:

• MBA or CPA qualified.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, with significant experience in managing IPO processes and public company financial operations, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proficient in financial management software and ERP systems. Deep understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the technology industry and its financial dynamics.
