- Develop and track key financial and operational performance metrics. Establish dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into revenue growth, margins, unit economics, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing and Operations to translate business initiatives into financial plans. Evaluate the financial impact of strategic projects, pricing decisions, and new market launches.
- Manage consolidated financials and reporting across international operations and acquired businesses. Ensure accurate intercompany accounting, harmonized reporting standards, and operational integration of newly acquired entities.
- Ensure effective cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization to support growth initiatives. Evaluate financing needs and liaise with banks, investors, or other funding partners as required.
- Support financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and contribute to deal structuring. Post-acquisition, ensure smooth financial integration, aligned reporting, and performance monitoring of acquired businesses.
- Design and implement scalable financial processes, internal controls, and systems to support a growing, multi-country organization. Champion automation and efficiency improvements to elevate the finance function.
